I have always looked at high-quality robots – say from Chappie, or from Finch or from walle or from the bosstown dynamics robot by corridor crew, or the scooty robot peter france, or mechanical robots that polyfjord made–and felt i could never make such complex 3d models.

But as it turns out – it very easy how to make simple robots in blender. so in this video, i made greebles, mechanical bits that i later kitbashed on to a base mesh and modelled a robot with ease.

I also rigged the robot using different methods. So we will also cover different methods to rig a robot.
