Updated to Blender 4.0 or above and missing the old modifier menu? Here it is.

Useful for new Blender users or when following old tutorials.

It should sit under the new ‘Add Modifier’ button so you can use both at your leisure.

Install it like any other addon – Edit – Preferences – Add-ons – Install…..Choose the .Zip folder and hit ‘Install’
