Curve Rig is an add-on for blender to quickly rig curves objects.

Usage

Just select your curve in it’s “rest pose” and Click `rig curve`.

If an armature is in selection, bones will be added to it instead of creating a new armature.

Note : As it uses bones envelope, if some curve’s point are too close from each other they may be affected by multiple bones. If it happens, reduce bone size or change points positions.

Pro feature

The Pro version is an upgrade that adds the following features:

• Redo panel : Tune the settings live after clicking the rig button (Redo panel is at bottom-left of viewport, or press F9 to pop it under your mouse)

• Built-in custom shapes : No need for third party add-ons to make custom shapes for the generated bones.
